  I have a 7 year old and a 2 and a half year old. They had their first ever visit to the dentist! Stacey on Reception set me up with the paperwork for both kids and was very friendly and welcoming! They ask a head of time how they think your child will react to the dentist. My youngest I knew was going to be fearful but my eldest was excited. We were in a large dental room with at least 3 patient chairs, the eldest went with one assistant and the youngest with me and another assistant. The assistants weren't overly happy but they weren't miserable, they were well balanced. Both kids were seen by Dr Zocher. I highly recommend! He was excellent with both kids and very informative.

  The staff is cordial but clearly not happy. They do not allow parents to accompany their children which I warned them would not work for my child. They insisted and my child had a melt down, when we returned for a second procedure-We insisted on our presence and things went much smoother. Perhaps they need need to stop assuming their cookie-cutter way of practice is what's best for all children and take into real consideration each situation on a case by case basis.
