- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just had the greatest experience at Downtown Family Dental. I will be the first to admit, I typically do not enjoy going to the dentist which is why before today it had been a few years before I had been to the dentist. I was so impressed by every person I interacted with at the office. My hygienist, Beth, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable right at the start. She found out I was a sports fan so she out on the Brewers game to relax me while she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Kyle Merry was by far the most down to earth dentist I have ever had. He did a great job of describing what he saw on the X-Rays in a way that I could understand. They did not make me feel like I was just another patient. I had such a great experience that I actually am looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. I will not be going anywhere else in the future.February 09, 2017by Tom Olson
